Several posts ago, I asked my followers, friends, family, whoever, to send me pictures of themselves doing a first arabesque aka the ballet pose wherever they were. Famous location or otherwise, I thought it would be fun to “paint the world with ballet.” (Keep sending them!)

Well, one of my best friends, Molly, is currently studying abroad in Lima, Peru and recently made a trip to see Machu Picchu. She took my request and ran with it! 6 pictures later, my pose is now in another country, on another continent, in another hemisphere! Who said teleportation isn’t possible? Na Shledanou summer, Dobrý Den USC.

The time has come. Tomorrow morning, I leave to go back to school for the Fall 2011 Semester. How did this happen? It seems that just yesterday, I was packing one suitcase to jet off to Prague, and now I’m packing a car to fill a dorm room!

On the way, my Mom and I are making a pit stop in Georgetown, KY to visit my sister, then I’ll be off to Columbia, SC. Classes don’t start till next Thursday, so I’m looking forward to catching up with my friends!

In our 4 years at USC, we’ve studied abroad in… (no side trips included)
